CARES Dashboard

Background:
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was an economic stimulus bill in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This dashboard was built for the Utah Governor's Office of Planning & Budget to help track state disbursements and local government reporting. State disbursements are reported and gathered from the state finance department's database warehouse. Local government revenues (received) and expenes (spent) are reported through the Transparent Utah database.
Parts of the dashboard:
  • Statewide Report - Compares all local government entities reported amounts against official state disbursements.
  • Entity Report - Examine a single entity with detailed visualizations and tables
  • View Raw Data - Access raw database tables yourself for custom analysis
